Christopher Roache
Christopher Roache, president and principal investigator of Ace Intelligence & Investigations, is passionate about uncovering the truth with innovative, tailored solutions. With a bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Florida State University, Chris began as a security analyst for a major international beverage company, where he gained experience in corporate security and investigations. After becoming a licensed Private Investigator in Florida, he joined a boutique investigative firm in Tampa, refining his skills in surveillance, accident investigations, and background checks. Chris founded Ace Intelligence & Investigations in St. Petersburg to provide cutting-edge, confidential services in West Central Florida. Utilizing the latest investigative tools and proprietary databases, he delivers timely, ethical results at competitive rates, combining legal expertise with practical street smarts.
Carrie Scupholm
Carrie Scupholm joined Ace Intelligence & Investigations in 2023, bringing her expertise to property investigations. Prior to becoming a Private Investigator, her career focused on historic architecture, urban planning, and environmental compliance. She pursued a Ph.D. in history of architecture and urban planning at the University of Florida. She received her M.A. in historic preservation planning from Cornell University and her B.A. in art history from the University of Michigan.
She has many years of experience working with the Florida Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration as well as other state and federal agencies, nonprofit organizations and private firms. She also served as adjunct faculty at the University of Florida and New College of Florida. Extensive research skills including experience working with archives and primary source materials and preparation of reports are Family law, marital issues (infidelity, child custody, alimony adjustment) Interviews, witness statements.
As a Private Investigator, Carrie has worked with several agencies in the Tampa Bay area. She has experience with surveillance, in-depth background investigations, person locates, social media investigations, and litigation support. She is a court qualified expert witness (since 1996).
In addition, Carrie provides a process of service for the State of Florida 12th Judicial Circuit.
