Luxury Residences joins as founding partner for Real Estate

Luxury Residences, the Dubai prime residential brokerage, has joined ACE Intelligence as the founding partner for Real Estate. VANTAGE, the Real Estate Brain, is being built alongside their office: on their way of working, their market and their standards.

A founding partnership is not a purchase. It is the arrangement under which a market's first Brain comes into existence: built at the founding firm's own table, on its own files and its own judgement, running in shadow beside the real work until the record shows it is ready. In return, the founding firm gets the position that cannot be bought later: the longest-running Brain in its market, shaped around its own house.

Dubai is the right market to start in.
